“I have mixed feeling about my stay. I called twice in the days before advising the front desk that my flight would be coming in slightly after midnight. I was told as long as I called the hotel before 12:30 am, a shuttle would be available to pick me up. The flight was on time. Once at baggage claim, I called the hotel at 12:25 am. I was given instructions on where to meet the shuttle, we walked to that location and waited. At 12:32 am, the hotel called and advised the shuttle driver went home...

“It was a problem getting toilet paper and coffee pods. We were there 5 days and had to ask each day for supplies. Housekeeping never came which was fine as I don’t need my room cleaned every day but would like to have supplies replenished. The restaurant below was very fragrant but if you like Indian cuisine you’ll be fine. It’s not on the riverwalk, it’s a few blocks away which isn’t a bad walk unless the heat is bad.”

“Despite paying in advance for our stay, the hotel required us to pay a daily resort fee of $60. Additionally, we were charged a $25 self-parking fee each day, even though we were guests at the hotel. If I had known that staying at the hotel would incur these extra charges, I would have chosen a different hotel in town instead.”

“So I stayed here for two nights. The first night I got in checked in. I usually do not judge if a hotel looks outdated because not every hotel needs to be modern so I keep my thoughts for the room however, this lobby felt a little moist like as if it was humid outside but it was not. The receptionist was nice and checked me in. I got to my room on the second floor and as soon as I walked in the room it looked outdated but was worse is the fact it smelt like mildew.
